HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Take part in a collection
It's so easy! Register your school using this form and take part in the Water Lover Challenge with your pupils. Turn this initiative into a school outing between 20 and 30 September 2025. Tell the pupils' parents about the outing so that they can provide the necessary equipment: gloves and recycled PET bottles, and then set about collecting cigarette butts. There's no fixed location*: in the forest, in town, by a lake, in a park or in the mountains... anywhere in the world! Remember that every gesture counts and together we can make a difference!
*We encourage large groups to split into several teams to cover a wider area and maximise the number of cigarette ends collected.
You can now invite Noam Yaron to take part in your establishment's cigarette butt collection. He can also give an inspirational talk before or after the collection. For more information, contact us!

2. Register your collection and enter the prize draw
Between 20 and 30 September 2025, once your collection is complete, each student* will record the number of cigarette butts collected using the form on the home page. Remember to take a photo (of the butts and the participants) to validate the collection and enter the competition (for example, prizes to be won in 2024).
*For all group entries, we encourage each class to enter each pupil's collection individually on the form to automatically enter the draw for a chance to win prestigious prizes.
3. Share the initiative
To amplify the impact of the collection, share your commitment to the Water Lover Challenge with your school's teaching staff, students and administration, and encourage them to take part by spreading the word on your communication channels and social networks. Every contribution is precious: the more of us there are, the more we can reduce cigarette butt pollution, save litres of water and protect biodiversity, which is essential to our health!
COLLECT CIGARETTE BUTTS AND WIN PRIZES
By entering your collection* on the form, you automatically enter the draw for a chance to win prestigious prizes generously donated by our partners. In 2024, overnight stays in Marriott International group hotels and Le Petit Prince limited Moleskine collection boxes were up for grabs.
*We invite each class to register each pupil individually on the platform to increase their chances of winning!
