Conditions of use of photos for the Water Lover Challenge:

By submitting photos to validate a cigarette butt collection as part of the Water Lover Challenge, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Photo Ownership: By submitting your photos, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and have all rights necessary to share them as part of the Water Lover Challenge.

2. Use of Photos: You hereby grant to the organizer of the Water Lover Challenge, and its partners and affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify and create derivative works of the submitted photos, for the purpose of promoting the Water Lover Challenge in all media, including but not limited to social media, websites, print and any other promotional support.

3. Waiver of Moral Rights: You hereby waive all moral rights in the photos submitted in the Water Lover Challenge. This includes the right to be identified as the author of the photos and the right to object to any distorting or harmful treatment of the photos.

4. Liability: You acknowledge that the Water Lover Challenge organizer and its partners are not responsible for any improper or unauthorized use of photos submitted by third parties.

5. Confidentiality: The organizer of the Water Lover Challenge undertakes to use the photos submitted solely for the promotion of the Water Lover Challenge and not to disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

By submitting your photos, you fully and unreservedly accept the conditions set out above.
